Central monitoring of information systems security in GKU
EMM, Ltd. executed a project "Central monitoring of information systems security" for Geodetic and Cartographic Institute (GKU) Bratislava. The system is built on a principle of centralized data collection and operation from one place, ensuring effective monitoring of the state of key security systems of the entire Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Authority of the Slovak Republic (UGKK), regardless of the area, the geographical division or the organization of the department.
Monitoring of the security is an important element of security management to protect information systems assets. Collected data are used for analysis of security incidents and determine their solutions.
Customer Opinion:
"By implementation of a system of Central monitoring of security, we acquire information on the state of the security of information systems environments in real time. Predefined correlation rules and policies, together with the central alarm management, significantly streamline the work of administrators by reducing the reports of the same nature and efficient reporting. "
