Data center reconstruction in the premises of DataCentrum

EMM, Ltd. successfully performed complex reconstruction of data center in the premises of DataCentrum in regime 24x7x365 to following extent:

• architectural and structural solution,
• supply of new air conditioning units (ensuring redundant cooling),
• delivery of new high voltage distribution systems, including exchange of main substation,
• supply of new low voltage distribution systems - structured cabling (optical and metallic cabling following the standards of data centers),
• supply of redundant uninterruptible source of power supplies UPS,
• supply of new replacement power source (diesel generator),
• delivery of a comprehensive security system,
• supply of fire extinction technology for data center,
• entire project management including project managing the relocation of IS.

Customer’s Opinion:
“The objective of the project was to increase the capacities of data center, reduce operating costs and eliminate security risks. By implementation of this project, we were able to increase the capacity of data center, to streamline the operational costs expended on running of the data center and eliminate the security risks of outages of individual data center technology. We have created a redundant power and cooling for the data center. The entire reconstruction was performed with full operation of all information systems, whereby during the implementation of the work the operation was never threatened. Therefore, also for this reason I rate the implementation of this project as a success."
