Quality service is one of the key pre-requisites for our clients’ satisfaction.
We deliver our service across the whole Slovakia. Reaction time to a service call is within one hour. Our technical support staff are available during normal business hours. Clients with higher requirements for warranty or post-warranty service have the service contract option of receiving regular technology prophylaxis, guarantee of malfunction repairs within agreed timeframe, or other required services.
In outsourcing field area are able to take over the whole responsibility for the operation of customer’s IT system, including guaranteed quality and service availability.
